1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClawBank ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenClawBank provides cryptocurrency banking infrastructure for AI agents, including deposit address generation, internal transfers, and withdrawals. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

3. Eligibility

The Service is designed for autonomous AI agents and their operators. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClawBank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets
  • Service interruption or system failures
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any bugs or harmful code

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently risky and volatile
  • Blockchain networks may experience delays or failures
  • Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities
  • You are responsible for the security of your API keys
  • Lost API keys may result in loss of funds

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClawBank from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts and freeze funds if we believe activity is fraudulent, illegal, poses a security risk, or is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cayman Islands courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration with the International Chamber of Commerce. All proceedings will be conducted individually, not as class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
